Madalena or San Pietro is by taking a ferry. They are very inexpensive as we said, and you could also take your car with you.
They operate at least once every hour, and more so in the peak season (mid-June to mid-September). A one-way ticket for one adult costs around €12, and if you wanted to take your car with you, it would cost you €10 to €25 on top of that.
This is an excellent way of visiting some islands that you normally wouldn’t if there were no ferry services. And we can tell you that La Madalena is one beautiful island and it is worth the visit.
